Service Description

- 4, 8, or 12 weeks of home or gym resistance training programming
- Learn the basics of resistance training in order to maintain a longterm movement practice
- Learn the basics of nutrition and how to track macronutrients
- Access the exercises and workouts via mobile app where clients can maintain communication with the trainers throughout their training

We also offer Nutrition Coaching

Our coaching focuses on moving away from a "diet" mindset to one where we fuel our bodies with nutritious foods to FEEL good.
- 4 week or 8 week options
- New Grocery list and meals every Saturday for phase 1
- Learn about healthy eating habits and skills to maintain a positive lifelong relationship with food
- Learn about nutrition science as well as how to track calories and macros
- Access nutrition coach and meals via app
